Nutrition -
A Simple Philosophy
Health comes first – Eating well supports both physical performance and overall wellbeing.
It’s not about weight, it’s about body composition – We focus on building muscle, improving metabolic health, and optimising body composition.
No ‘one-size-fits-all diets’ – Every plan is unique, designed to meet your health, wellness, and performance goals.
Our Approach to Nutrition
Your programme is designed around your life – practical, sustainable and enjoyable.
We believe that the right nutrition, tailored to your body and lifestyle, is the foundation of a longer, healthier, more active life.
We are not in the business of quick fixes or fad diets.
Instead, we offer an exclusive, evidence-based service for those who want the very best in personalised nutrition, focusing on healthspan, not just lifespan.
Comprehensive lifestyle assessment
Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs.
Advanced body composition assessment
Using DEXA body composition scanning or bioelectrical impedance technology, we measure fat and muscle mass, and hydration levels to track meaningful progress.
Continuous glucose measurement
Understand your unique responses to food and activity with 24/7 tracking and personalised interpretation.

Our focus is on supporting muscle, strength and metabolic health, helping you stay active and independent as you grow older.

Our personalised advice covers fuelling, hydration and recovery, with guidance on supplements where appropriate.
The aim is to help you get more from your exercise and support progress towards your goals.
-
The use of continuous glucose monitoring is used to help improve metabolic health.
This provides insight into glucose patterns throughout the day, including responses to meals and activity.
We help you interpret these findings alongside your medical history, eating habits and other relevant health assessments.
Together, we use this broader picture to develop practical, personalised nutrition advice that supports your metabolic health and long-term goals.
-
If you are unsure whether your current eating habits support your goals, a detailed nutrition assessment can help identify where to focus.
We review your food intake, health and activity levels.
Where appropriate, body composition assessment (measuring your body fat and muscle mass) and indirect calorimetry (a test that measures how much energy your body uses at rest) can provide further information to guide your plan.
We explain what the findings mean for you and translate them into practical nutritional advice.
-
If illness, surgery or a long hospital stay has affected your appetite, weight or strength, we can help you move forward with your recovery.
Drawing on extensive experience in clinical nutrition, we personalise advice to your treatment, symptoms and stage of rehabilitation.
Support may include managing a reduced appetite, rebuilding lost weight and supporting the return of strength and everyday activities.
