The 12-Month Programme

Physician-led health trajectory management

This is not a collection of tests, a one-off assessment, or a lifestyle programme. It is a longitudinal medical service designed to manage your health deliberately over time—with discipline, evidence, and continuity.

Our role is to reduce randomness in your health outcomes by replacing episodic care with structured oversight, measurement, and informed adjustment.

What You're Actually Buying

One programme.
Continuous management.
Measurable trajectory change.

Every member enters the same core programme: a 12-month physician-led management cycle built around the Assess → Plan → Execute → Review & Adjust loop.

The difference between service levels is how closely and how frequently your health trajectory is monitored and adjusted—not the type of health being managed.

All members commit to a minimum 12 months, because meaningful risk reduction and sustained capacity preservation require continuity.

Why 12 months matters:

Trajectory cannot be judged over weeks or isolated results. But there's another reason: our revenue model only works if your health actually improves. If risk markers don't decline, physical capacity doesn't increase, and you don't remain functional and in control—you won't renew.

That's intentional. It keeps us accountable to outcomes, not just activity.

The Five Integrated Pillars

We manage health as a single, integrated system across five domains:

  • Cardiometabolic risk stratification, hormone assessment and optimization where appropriate, cancer screening where evidence-supported, and early detection of physiological decline before it compounds into disease or disability.

  • Not prescriptive meal plans or elimination diets—nutritional strategy tailored to your metabolic state, training demands, and life constraints. Supported by DEXA body composition analysis, continuous glucose monitoring, and resting metabolic rate assessment to guide energy and macronutrient targets.

  • This is the cornerstone. Progressive strength and conditioning is the single most reliable driver of long-term healthspan. Declining strength and cardiorespiratory fitness predict future disability, frailty, and disease better than most biomarkers.

We don't treat exercise as optional. Your programme will include structured physical training, progressed safely based on your baseline capacity and medical risk profile.

For most members, preserving and building physical capacity is the primary intervention—everything else supports it.

  • Sleep is not a bonus—it's the foundation for training adaptation, cognitive performance, metabolic health, and physiological recovery. We assess sleep architecture, screen for disorders (including sleep apnoea when clinically indicated), and optimize for duration, efficiency, consistency, and restoration.

  • Cognitive capacity, stress regulation, emotional stability, and psychological resilience under pressure. Mental performance isn't separate from physical health—it's part of the same integrated system. Where appropriate, we integrate psychologist support to address barriers to sustained behaviour change.

What We Do - And What We Deliberately Don't

We limit our services to what reduces chance and increases control over health trajectory. Saying "no" is part of how we protect you from unnecessary anxiety, incidental findings with unclear clinical significance, and low-value care that creates activity without improving trajectory.

We do:

  • Physician-led, evidence-based decision-making

  • Longitudinal management rather than episodic care

  • Integrated oversight across medical, physical, nutritional, sleep, and mental health domains

  • Measurement, review, and disciplined follow-through over time

  • Conservative imaging aligned to evidence-based appropriateness criteria

  • Honest conversations about uncertainty and the limits of what medicine can promise

We don't:

  • Sell one-off health checks or screening packages

  • Bundle diagnostics for reassurance or to create an impressive list

  • Chase experimental or unproven longevity interventions

  • Optimize short-term metrics at the expense of long-term health and sustainability

  • Offer routine whole-body imaging or indiscriminate testing panels

  • Overpromise outcomes or make guarantees about lifespan extension

Who This Programme Serves

This programme is designed for high-performing professionals who want their health managed with the same discipline they apply to other long-term commitments.

You're likely a fit if:

  • You're functional and successful, but you don't trust that status to persist without deliberate management

  • You value evidence over hype, and you want someone who can explain why they recommend something, not just what

  • You're willing to commit to structured physical training—because preserved strength and fitness are the best leading indicators of long-term healthspan

  • You think about health the way you think about other long-term assets: as something requiring ongoing stewardship, not one-off interventions or optimistic neglect

You're probably not a fit if:

  • You're looking for reassurance or a health check rather than longitudinal management

  • You want the most comprehensive testing possible, regardless of clinical appropriateness

  • You're shopping for experimental protocols or novel interventions

  • You're not prepared for a 12-month commitment or structured physical training

  • You prefer health management that doesn't require active participation between appointments
